Meet
Marie Elstad
Marie Elstad is an owner and the broker in charge here at Coast 2 Coast Real estate Connections. She is also a bi-coastal real estate broker/agent in North Carolina and California.
She started her real estate career in California, where she helped streamline the home buying and selling process for her clients. Marie’s motto is, “relationships are more important than transactions”. For her, real estate is more than just a job, it’s her passion.
She wholeheartedly enjoys helping people as they make huge decisions towards great investments for their future. Prior to becoming a realtor, Marie was the marketing manager for a prominent dental corporation where she specialized in generating excitement and interest for their services. Her previous career experience gives her a significant upper hand when representing her real estate clients. She knows the ins and outs of mass marketing and negotiations, which is the basis for real estate. Marie’s statement to her clients is, “I believe in listening and putting clients’ needs first. I believe in communicating with you and being there for you, every step of the way. I believe in service that doesn’t stop after contracts and closings. I want to be your realtor for life.

Courtney Elstad
Courtney Elstad is an owner here at Coast 2 Coast Real Estate Connections.
She was born and raised in a real estate family and has had a passion for the industry for as long as she can remember. Her career began in San Diego, California, then onto Cocoa Beach Florida, and finally landed here in Raleigh, North Carolina. Courtney’s number one goal is to provide the absolute best service to her client’s by maintaining open communication and strong collaberation. Courtney works together with her client’s to ensure their real estate needs are being fulfilled to their greatest potential. Her lifelong desire is to continue assisting buyers and sellers alike to reach their ultimate real estate goals.
